Meet Princess.
The woman behind the mic, the message, and the moment.
Princess Glennys Achobang is a storyteller at heart—one who moves with purpose, curiosity, and an unshakable belief in the power of narrative to create connection. Born in Cameroon and shaped by the journey of a first‑generation college graduate, she carries her heritage and passion for service into every room she steps into. Her voice blends advocacy with artistry, and her work reflects a deep commitment to community, culture, and representation.
The founder of Glennys Media, a creative studio specializing in conversation design, narrative strategy for live experiences, Princess partners with brands, creators, and event teams to bring intentional storytelling to every stage.
Her love for storytelling took root early. As the National Secretary for Business Professionals of America, she partnered with the Delaware Department of Education to deliver keynotes across the country and design programs that prepared the next generation of leaders. On those stages, standing before students hungry for possibility, Princess discovered the impact of storytelling. She saw how it could reshape perception, empower individuals, and spark the kind of connection that lingers.
Today, as a Communications Manager at Microsoft, Princess champions that philosophy on a global scale by shaping brand campaigns, leading employee engagement, and supporting cultural storytelling. Her work spans continents and communities: leading PR for Microsoft’s Pride campaign seen by 2 billion+ people, leading internal comms for heritage moments, and coaching moderators for Microsoft’s speaker series reaching 25,000+ professionals. Her career is anchored in a belief that stories, when told with intention and authenticity, can inspire action and fuel meaningful change.
Beyond her professional work, Princess remains deeply committed to mentorship. She supports undergraduate students from underrepresented backgrounds, honoring the mentors who once helped her navigate unfamiliar spaces. Mentorship, for her, is both legacy and responsibility. A way of expanding what’s possible for those who share her journey.
And when she steps away from the work she loves, you’ll likely find her exploring New York City in search of its best French toast, curled up with a romance novel, or scanning Google Flights for her next adventure. For Princess, storytelling isn’t just a craft—it’s a way of moving through the world with intention, imagination, and heart.
